I have been with this company since November 2017 and it was the biggest mistake I have ever done!! First I was at the store for 3 hours to even sign up for the plan and still wasn’t completed when I left!! Secondly I traded in my old iPhone and the lost it so I have been going that last 3 months trying to get them to add credit for my old phone!! Great sound and seats. Nothing to complain about at all.
Arena is GReat. Auditorium is mostly great. Staff is chill. EXCEPT for th notorious Usher that threatens good people with arrest at the end of the nite.
good venue but doesn't let you return tickets when the roads are too icy to get there :)
