The only thing worse than the venue itself, is how terribly it's run. It either only has one entrance or they only open up one entrance, so the line to get in is ridiculous. Once you get in, you have to get into another ridiculous line to get a wristband to drink alcohol. They only sell them in one place. And lastly to actually get a drink you have to get into another ridiculous line. The concessions are run by high school volunteers, who have no idea what they are doing or how to keep a line moving. Rami, we're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at the Widespread Panic shows. To help answer your questions, 1. Yes the building unfortunately was designed with only one entrance. To help facilitate ingress we also opened the entrance to the Thomas Wolfe Auditorium to help get more people in faster. 2. Wristbands are required at our shows to help ALE and Police officers to identify any underage individuals whom may have been passed an alcoholic beverage. I have been a customer for nine years. I have been trying to get a phone for a month. Finally today it was in. I went down to pick it up and they wanted 100.00 more than the price agreed on with my points. I left, no new phone. They did not care.
I loved it.. & lOvrd the Lonestar show!!It is an aWesome place for a concert!!
Should've been more organized with the seating. Other than that, I enjoyed seeing Lone Star
