We had great service when we updated to a new phone.
My phone that is still warranty died last monday. I did the even exchange program, paid 35 dollars for overnight shipping. My phone came Wednesday without a battery and they knew that was the problem and I complained about it overheating a month prior also. So then they had to ship a battery which I was promised would be there by friday. It's now Sunday and it's been at ups since 5am saturday. I worked with the manager who said things could of been handled differently, took them 24 hours to get my old phone in service. He sa... read more

Got new phone for my husband. ..a smart phone was a huge change for since the one he had was 2 soup cans connected with a string! Jesse set us up with an affordable phone that's easy to use (really! ) making sure our service bill didn't skyrocket and had soooooooo much patience with us she is our go to person for sure. 2 years ago John sold me my phone and it was the same top level of service.
