Have had US. Cellular for over 15 years. But the last couple years, we are failed to be told the small details of things. Or what add on will be added the next month. Or when prices go up on anything! Trusted them with adding a 3rd line, and did the “free phone”. Turns out again, I was lied too! It’s not free! It’s $85 a month! On top of the insurance and on top of the unlimited you have to have even though we don’t use that much data. That payment is more expensive then my normal phone payment! 😡
Just wanted to say thank you Brad. For getting us hooked up today. Went in to get the granddaughter a new phone I Phone 8 for free yes I said free. And service.And he handle that and also fixed my phone up with a new SIM card and cleaning.
