Received a text message from Izaiah regarding the current promo for the IPhone 17, gave the store a call and spoke with Izaiah to get more information and he was very helpful with explaining the deal and what would work best for my plan. Customer service was giving me the runaround with unlocking by decise. The associates at this store were extremely helpful with this and saw my frustrations as a customer. They do great work here and truly care about the customer
