I have always had great service here. No lines, knowledgeable Associates.
I worked with Izaiah to get my son a new phone and have him added to my account. Izaiah was friendly and even talked me into switching internet to T-Mobile. I explained the phone would be a Christmas gift and asked if my son could come in after that and have his number and information switched over. Izaiah told me no problem and I signed the necessary paperwork. A month later, I am now being charged for 3 lines since he financed it under a different number(1 line that is not being used). Received a text message from Izaiah regarding the current promo for the IPhone 17, gave the store a call and spoke with Izaiah to get more information and he was very helpful with explaining the deal and what would work best for my plan.
