Customer service was giving me the runaround with unlocking by decise. The associates at this store were extremely helpful with this and saw my frustrations as a customer. They do great work here and truly care about the customer
My child got locked out of her phone. After going to the other US Cellular in town and being told there is nothing they could do. I went to this one and the person there figured it out within minutes. Natalie was excellent to work with she got us in the phone within minutes of being there. Will definitely go to her from now on.
