I brought my phone in to the Pittsburg, KS office today. It had updated itself and I couldn't get back in. Ty spent almost 2 hours on the phone and computer with a US Cellular representative until they got it fixed. I am so thankful for his kind service and that of the representative he was working with. My phone works again!!!😍
I wanted to switch from my pre-paid US Cellular phone to a contract phone & keep my #, but got several bs stories. long story short, went in to do it & was told I need to gp buy another pre-paid carrier & come back, screw that. I plan switching carriers. obviously US Cellular doesnt need my business.
