My older Samsung Galaxy needed to be replaced, but I did not have time to take care of this due to a hectic work schedule. Dropped my phone off at 10 AM, talked with Alex, who recommended a new Samsung that would fit my needs for work. He called my work phone before 2, and let me know it was ready.
