They have friendly and helpful staff. But us cellular has the worst customer line I have ever dealt with. I pay my bill on the 3rd and here it is the 12th and I am already over on my data. With my line of work I travel outside of the Baker Valley a lot. And when I do, my phone goes into roaming and hogs my data. The store tells me they just raised their data for their prepaid lines and to call 611 and talk to customer service. They I have to wait till my next bill before they can raise my data. Bullshit.
