Wish there was zero stars. Worse customer service ever took my payment didn't apply. Owner Rhonda is the worse of all if your not buying a phone they could care less. Central Maine Wireless you are the worse.

I went in to upgrade my phone and change my plan last month, and had a great experience. Everyone at the Brodway branch was very pleasant and eager to help! I needed to change my plan, and it was as easy as sign here. I upgraded to the S8+, (which I love!) And purchased the Samsung fast charging station. They got my account straightened out and got me decked out in the latest technology. Definitely will be back for all of my US Cellular needs. Thank you Cassey!
I left Verizon after over 10 years and am saving money and have great service! Cassey is the greatest!!!
