I won't name the associate, but I secured 4 - I-Pad air 2 tablets for a price on the phone. I went to pick them up about an hour later and found out they were going to charge me an additional $100 each "because the price had gone up". Well if I ran my business that way, I wouldn't have any business. I would recommend if you do business with these people, you get formal documentation as they will not keep their word.
I want to give a thumbs up to Anthony O'Hara for staying 40 minutes past closing to finish up a new contract on Thursday night! You remained cheerful & respectful the whole time even with my kids misbehaving you stayed on task and joked the whole time with a smile! Good Job!☆☆☆☆☆
