My husband and I were looking for a new cell phone carrier and we chose the US Cellular located in Cumberland, MD (southend). I usually do not do reviews but I just had to give a positive shout out to the whole US Cellular family there because everyone at that location was awesome, from the beginning of our visit to the end! Best service in the county. Extra high rating for sales consultants and management. Would rate at 10+, reputation very high for store and employees.
They used to be really good but now they drop service so easy and internet cuts off and on all day.
