this place has the worst customer service, the dmv is less painful to deal with, they make a mistake and expect the customers to pay them or go with out a phone, would never recomend them to any one,
Make sure you don't call the local office to ask a simple question about your account, that you already PAY EVERY MONTH ON TIME TO HAVE. You will be told you aren't as important as the costumers that are in the store. New sales are obviously more important than existing customers. �
