Bad return policy and worse customer service! I really don’t they think appreciate long term customers. They could have easily returned something for me but chose not to. When I purchased my item, I was mistakenly told 30 days, but of course I have no proof of what I was told. So, there is nothing they can do! Really? Of course there is, they just don’t want to.
I watched workers standing around and walk pass my fiance as he sat waiting to be helped. People that were here after us left before us. This store is literally a damn joke!
RecommendedGreat service and help. I dare anyone else to try one of the Columbia Stores and see the rude service and snippy attitude you get. Thanks a lot Moberly crew: Keep it up management.
This is in regards to both stores. Super slow service at both. No answer on phone calls minutes before closing, and the one on Morley was closed before their posted times. On top of that I can't pay my bill online because US Cellular doesn't recognize my fucking phone as being one of theirs! This is why I left the over ten years ago, shitty customer service!
