The customer service is horrible! The wait time to be helped is ridiculous!
I come in sign in on your worthless sign in sheet. I wait for an hour and a half. While you proceed to help two people that came in after me. Then someone comes over to tell me that you probably don't have enough time to help me today but you will try. Then proceed to help someone else that just walked in the door. What the hell! I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and this is how you treat me. Beyond terrible service.
Walked in. Stood there for ten minutes, no one said one SINGLE word to me. As I walk out a customer says "you have to sign in on the list". One of your employees couldn't have welcomed me and told me to sign in? Definitly will not be buying my new phone at this store, how rude!! Horrible customer service..
