RecommendedI have learned that you get what you pay for when it comes to service and location coverage. I switched company's for a short period of time to save money, I saved money alright, and I also gave up alot of other things that US Cellular had covered that the new place didn't! Like I said, you get what you pay for.
they say unlimited data and just after three weeks of service my data is so low their are several apps that won't open . my fb opens but takes forever to load what ppl have posted. i can't even pay my account bill because its too slow . i had better luck with boost .
Shout out to Mattie at US Cellular (By Walmart). GREAT customer service and help making the switch over to them. Very responsive and helpful afterwards as well! She reached out to me after I left to let me know about the $200 accessories credit I missed.
Great store, and great customer service. Had a problem getting locked out of my iPhone and took it to here, and they was able to help me get it straightened out. Very great cell phone store.
Don't come in here unless you have several hours of your life to give away. It takes forever to get anything taken care of.
