I canceled 4 months ago and they are still taking money out of my bank account and I have not used the phone. My 45.00 plan is 60 dollars and more when I used it. I quit it a long time ago. Nate was always helpful but I wrote nad said I was done.
we have been in the store next to jimmy johns for over an hour and half and have yet to even be helped!! There is 7 customers and only two people working. will be switching or calling ahead of time before coming here again.
