My husband and I went to this store to have our Samsung and I-phones looked at for problems (of our own doing). A lady named Stormie took care of us and immediately fixed the problems. She was polite, competent and made our day. Hats off to Stormie! Great job.

I would like to thank Tim for the awesome job he did with helping us to move our home phone from Comcast to US Cellular. He was informative, and gave excellent customer service. I appreciate the attention he gave to watching the progress of the porting over and the attention he gave to us to make sure we knew exactly where we were at in the process. The job is complete. I waited a long time for some one to help me. Several workers there however only two maybe 3 were busy. Really did not know what others were doing.one employee was drinking coffe or something but not helping customers. I just left. I was not a happy customer. And I was not the only one unhappy

No waiting when making an appointment. Lauren Munz was my customer service rep and she goes above and beyond as she got me through several issues that were not provider related. She spent alot of time on phone with apple resolving several difficult issues. Thank you!

I always get Great service at us cellular. They are patient kind and if they can handle my crazy problems they can handle anything.

I used to be happy with U.S. Cellular until my bill started being 1, 2 even different amounts. I also have been shut off because of the making mistakes on my bill. Then I have to wait for it to be turned back on. The service at the Freeport branch by Menards is great. The people are great. It's just the whole bill thing. Also at my last upgrade the gentleman told me he got my bill down to $230 for 3 lines with 10 gigs. A little pricey but ok. Except my bill has been over $300 every bill and nobody has gone over the gigs. I w... read more

Horrible service and no sense of priority. Waited an hour and a half just to send my phone in for repair. Waited half an hour to pickup my phone from the store. They are to focused on selling to new customers and fraternizing then helping their current customers. Very sad that Monroe's store closed because it took them less time to sell me a phone and two accessories then it did for Freeport to receive my phone for repair and Monroe had just as many customers lined up with a smaller staff size. No Excuse!
