The only thing positive is US cellular takes less of my money (than competing cell companies) while continuing to give increasingly bad customer service.

As I watch dissatisfied customers leave, without being helped, one after another, I wonder how this company stays in business.
Always a LONG wait to do anything. Just a minute turns into at least an hour every time, even when there are just a couple of customers.
