I am extremely happy with all the help I received this morning!! Rachel has gone above and beyond in an effort to help me with every problem I threw at her. Worst cell service I've ever had. People are nice inside and helpful but if you are in the carteret/craven area then be prepared to be in a constant state of 3g. I've had the service for awhile now and literally have not been put of 3g unless I'm at my house on wifi. I am sorry to say that it is worth paying a little more for my previous service and actually get good signal than to pay less and get way less.
I HAVE HAD tracfone for years until I had two phones from them that was a terrible phones......The dumby that I was!! I was told they was not good working phones I FOUND THAT OUT! So decided to go to U.S, Cellular....have really enjoyed it. Nice to use and feel I know how to run it!!
I love us cellular phones but the prices have gone up so much

I never imagined when I walked into the store, I could leave my AT&T phone on the counter in trade for a new Samsung Galaxy S8. Amy was delightful to deal with. When I told her my other service ended at midnight, she got on the phone a few times to make sure my number was ported within the hour so I would not lose my current phone #. I felt like the people here were great, they helped me out a lot. I was with Verizon spending way more money for a whole lot less. Yeah the coverage may booty be quite as good as Verizon but when you have been with a company for 20 years and they will not do anything to help keep you a customer, then see ya! I have nothing but good things to say about Chase and this store!
Anyone going in to US Cellular- Make sure you ask for Amy Wise.. She is the absolute best..She will go above and beyond for her customer.. Thanks Amy for all the help you have given me the last 1 1/2 yrs..
I recently switched over to us cellular and I'm very disappointed. Their service is nothing like what they advertise. Do yourself a favor and pick Verizon. I never had a problem with it.
