RecommendedCurbside is a little disconcerting but my salesman was great.
I highly recommend dealing with Jacob Kipping when going to US Cellular! My husband and I had great customer service when we went there tonight! Jacob knows his stuff, very patient with us, and good at what he does! We have been with US Cellular for about 7 years now and have never had a bad customer service experience!
Jacob is the man to go see. I’ve been in sales for 20 years, and would gladly refer everyone I know to see this guy. Knows his stuff, is polite, and also patient!!!
I got 2 new lines and switched 1 from Verizon in December. They gave me a $200 promotional card and I have never been able to activate it/ use it. The guys at the store said they would email the promotional team, I never heard anything back about that. I called customer service for help with the card and they couldn’t help me either. They said to try activating the card with all 3 phones and nothing ever worked. This has been over a 3 month period. I regret switching from Verizon, they were always helpful.
100% positive- SAMMY K. started working on case with us which involved error on Apple's end with serial number on phone and warranty. FOUR hours of US Cellular time supporting us for an APPLE issue- while we were on the phone with MANY Apple reps and customer service, she hung close enough to handle questions while efficiently managing other customers. ANTHONY W, MANAGER printed off proof we needed to scan to APPLE. Could not have asked for any more top notch service !!!
Had an awesome experience at U.S. Cellular today. Jill was very friendly, polite, patient and knowledgeable. She hooked me up with two phones and set everything up for me. I'm glad I switched companies! Thank you!
I always deal with Peter when I visit and I am always pleased! He got me a plan with more data for less than what I paid before! I recommend him for sure!
Couldn't be more disappointed. Bangor used to be a great store. Today I discovered they do NO SERVICE. Told me to go elsewhere. Then while looking at new phones, they either were dead or when I turned one on, it began an update, after 15 minutes I left. I will never return to what was my favorite store for over 5 years.
