I was told my service was bad because they were having problems in my area and that they were working on them hate to be rude but if that is the case you have been working on them for 2 years now
I was with Verizon for ten years,,been with you for 1 ,my experience with your store and on the phone has much better than Verizon, i have 2 samsung galaxy s7's
