I just signed up with us cellular and I came from sprint one thing I enjoyed about sprint is if your pay period was different from your due date you could call and set up an extension without talking to anyone but us cellular had no option you actually had to talk to someone annoying. But my big problem was going into the store with a little issue and waiting almost 3 hours. US Cellular in general has gone down the toilet. New plans are nothing but cash grabs. Our old family plan had 5GB of data per phone and unlimited nights/weekends/incoming for cheaper than the current 10GB shared plan. Forced to switch in order to add my girlfriend onto the plan? How stupid. And nights like tonight are becoming more and more frequent. 1 bar and roaming in downtown Sheboygan???? How the hell does that work? Wish the service was better hardly ever on 4g and only have 2-3 bars of service in my area 24/7. Over by union ave area, please work on that. Very annoying.
I really appreciated the help Jerrod gave us, however associate Heather was less than excited to assist him (or us) with our billing issue. Jerrod was unfamiliar with the process of how to credit our bill, but remained kind and apologetic. Heather could not be disturbed from her own phone even when asked...attitude was very unprofessional. Jerrod gets all the stars for his professional service!
