They have no one who cares about customer satisfaction at their store, I've repeatedly been disappointed and disrespected by their employees when I have tried to get them to help me with their lack of coverage area ,frankly I'm puzzled how they are still in business.
I'm extremely disappointed in the way they do business! Their customer service is non existent and so Is their coverage area, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I have visited their store repeatedly only to have no one willing to help me with my problem of lack of coverage area. How çan they stay in business!
The store manager Jordan Darensbourg was very verbally aggressive because I was in the restroom with my wife. I felt really uncomfortable with his tone and non verbal cues. I believe it was because we are Native American. He then stood in the store and was watching us as if we shouldn’t be there. As professional and respected people in the community with my wife an educator and myself a substance abuse counselor it was very disheartening to see ignorance and bias and total lack of respect as human beings. Excellent, FAST, customer service! My boyfriend already had them as a carrier. He upgraded his phone, added a new line for me, got 2 new phones in record time. There wasn't even a waiting line. Our salesman was great and very personable!
My son and I had an excellent experience at this store, Tiffany guided us through the process and made sure we knew about our options. Have already told friends and family and will keep doing so �
Nice people but oh so slow. 3.5 hours to get set up completed.
Love the service and the manger he is such a sweet person also the people who work there are really helpful can't say anything bad about this place the service is amazing love my phone glad I got this phone company my cell phone company now ❤️
