When I walked in there were 2 employees, Aaron and Manny, and no other customers. Both of them greeted me very professionally and politely. While I was there to discuss my bill I was treated with respect, and both were very professional. They kept researching until they were able to answer my questions. And they were very thorough. Even when discussing between themselves on finding ways to fix my issues, they didn't talk like I wasn't there, they used codes but explained what they meant. Do not go here I bought products from this company a year ago and it's been nothing but scams and they're not even authentic Verizon company. There are third-party so don't let the line fool you because when you try to contact Verizon, they say that there's nothing that they could do to help so I will be reported to the Better Business Bureau to go investigate
100% the best customer service. Aaron and the other employees at the Redmond office are super helpful. I would recommend going there if you're looking for top notch service and a very good product.
Brittany was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about the devices and very professional. She went above and beyond letting me know there was a delay in shipping on a product I purchased and got ahold of me as soon as it came in and made sure everything was functioning correctly before it left the store. 10/10 service.
