I went to this location to get information from my account and I didn't have the phone and the young man Said I needed the phone.How the hell I'm a give you the phone if it's lost clearly he didn't know what he was doing or just didn't want to do it.Cause I got the same info from another location without the phone , but it wasn't the right info so I ended up going back there. The customer service people are very friendly and helpful i would highly recommend this location
I do not recommend this place, l am not if they don't have enough training because of the transition but still is not an excuse, l paid my activation fee and there were not able to start the process they still kept my money , please think about it twice before you want to become a customer!
The sales representative named Ray at this location has very horrible customer service & work ethic! Either he doesn’t know how to do his job due to being new and wasn’t trained properly.. or he simply just doesn’t care about doing anything his job requires him to do. I tried going in around 4:00pm today; to open an account with U.S cellular for the first time… BUT as I got there - there was a sign saying “be back in 40 minutes - lunch break” on the last hour of business... odd…. Horrible…walked in to buy a phone and came out disappointed in my experience. Ray who attended me today showed no care towards wanting to help me open a new line with this company.
