Read the reviews b4 I went but it was only 2 min from my house so I still went. Needless 2 say the service sucked… I arrived at opening and the staff definitely didnt want 2 be there. One gentleman in particular just wasn’t very helpful at all n his energy pushed me right out the door to anotha TMobile where all my needs were met. I work in customer service…all he had 2 do was his job🤷🏽♀️
Good fast courteous service
This location needs to be removed… The staff are extremely rude and disrespectful and just talked in Spanish about me the entire time… It’s quite disappointing when we have a corporate account with over 5000 lines and they don’t wanna help us on basic questions. I hope whoever the district manager is over this area sees this message and re-considers the staff in this location so disappointing, especially for a company that’s really good
