Incompetent. There over an hour. Unable to ring up, connect, or cancel a transaction. Then they called me impatient. Unbelievable
This company is using bate and switch tactics. Stay away because they give you a rate and when you check your bill it's nothing close to what you were quoted. I have spoken to 5 different individuals and each one quoted a different amount. Not worth your time and the hours you have to spend to try and resolve without resolution. Never again! Check the Consumer Protection Agency and the BBB which they are not accredited with before dealing with this company.
I have this service over 2 years. I went to the store on 27 st. They didn't want to help me.
