Recently moved. Asked u.s cellular if the service would be okay, was told it’s one of strongest signal areas, but I have little to no service there, called back and was told it could be because of the time of year and how much sun we are getting, and my service should get better in the winter months 😅 what a joke.
the service is spotty at best. takes forever for pages to load because their data sucks.
Garbage company with garbage service. LTE hardly ever works can barely load a simple web page. It wouldn’t be so bad if it was once in a while but it’s everyday. I can’t wait for my contract to be up so I can switch services.

US Cellular is a rip off and they take advantage of people. So happy my parents made there last payment there yesterday after 18 rough years with this company. My mom went there to get her iphone 4 replaced and they sold her an iphone 6 plus which is pretty obsene we gladly took our business elsewere yeaterday and got four lines one being a free tablet which my mom was very extactic about at tmobile for under 100$ comparison to us celluar two lines for $150.. us celluar is a joke and losing lots of business this month. my fa... read more
So annoyed with US Cellular. Have Samsung Galaxy S7. Within a few months, it needed to be replaced cuz of constant audio & battery issues. Now, bascally, having the same issues with the replacement phone. So, I've been trying to call the Green Bay store and they don't answer the phone, EVER.
I must say, i have had horrible experience and was on the verge of leaving to another company. The gentleman that helped me Wednesday afternoon was amazing. Went above and beyond for his service, (i wish i remembered his name). He fixed the issue with my phone, and then took time to explain every detail of how plans have changed. he definitely deserves something, hes saved a customer from leaving.
