I have purchased many phones from you over the years and have always had a positive experience. Yesterday, I bought my phone in thinking it needed a new battery. I had to wait for the kid to put his phone down, he plugged it into to something and announced that I needed a new phone. He made no effort to look at the phone just that I needed a new one. This US Cellular is tops in service and helpfulness. The reps are friendly and can solve any problem that I bring in to them. Way, way better than the one in my hometown, for sure. I'd give them 10 stars if I come!
