The lady who attends always treats you badly and makes bad faces, very bad service I don't recommend anything there
I stopped in The Dalles to upgrade phone and was told by a person that I couldn’t inquire about anything because my name wasn’t on the account, just my husbands and he would need to be present. We had added my name months ago and I was surprised to hear this. He said there was nothing he could do. Not the most pleasant person, without any offer to look any deeper as why my name wasn’t showing up. Absolutely the worst cell phone company in existence. We're 1.8 miles from this store. We get "literally" one out of 5 bars signal where we live! Downtown? 5G+ all day long. But start heading south, up the hill and you get diddly squat! One bar if you're lucky! Spoke with their head office and was told they wouldn't do anything about it. No plans to build another tower to make their customers happy. Yet they're happy to charge us FULL PRICE for this shitty service! LOL!
