Right after US Cellular was absorbed by T-Mobile, my phone started receiving a bunch of updates. After the last update, the Bluetooth and Wifi on my older phone no longer work. The employee told me I either needed a new phone or to just "wait it out" and maybe another update will fix the issue. The employee failed to notice that there is an update available on the phone. Cancelled my nana and I autopay twice and says they want us to pay 300 dollars and made me pay 500 dollars I went in to ask what happened when I got my iPad from there and it said my account did not exist anymore
