We joined US Cellular because they were running a holiday special, appeared to have similar coverage, and we were in need of phones and updated plans. The in-store process was...painful. We made an appointment but with 3 teenage kids and only 1 person assigned to assist us (5 lines/phones) it took forever. We were warned the bill wouldn't be quite right immediately because the promotion wouldn't show right away. I was really impressed with the help of Jessica as we upgraded our phones. We had a few complicated issues coming in and she sorted through them easily. I appreciate that there are appointment times now so that we don't have to wait around for a long time before we are helped.
The worst customer service! The guy that helped us kept saying that it was his third to last day and didn't know, and didn't care, and couldn't help us coherently switch our plan. The manager was very unhelpful and massively incompetent as well. Thumbs down US Cellular
I don’t think I have ever visited this location without receiving incorrect information, if not outright lies. Read the fine print carefully on everything you sign, or you may be charged for hundreds of dollars you didn’t knowingly agree to.
