Got seriously screwed over. Went in a month ago the 23rd of may because they were running the deal for free phone. Well we were adding 2 new lines they said we didn't qualify for the promo because it's adding to lines not new lines of service. Now a month later they are running the same deal for existing customers and they will not do anything for us. In the next month 3 out of the 5 lines on the account will be dropped and shortly after that the last 2 will be.The free phones is a scam. You have to upgrade your cell plan wh... read more

We joined US Cellular because they were running a holiday special, appeared to have similar coverage, and we were in need of phones and updated plans. The in-store process was...painful. We made an appointment but with 3 teenage kids and only 1 person assigned to assist us (5 lines/phones) it took forever. We were warned the bill wouldn't be quite right immediately because the promotion wouldn't show right away. I was really impressed with the help of Jessica as we upgraded our phones. We had a few complicated issues coming in and she sorted through them easily. I appreciate that there are appointment times now so that we don't have to wait around for a long time before we are helped.
