Today I called U.S. Carpet to see if I could get my carpet cleaned by tomorrow because unexpectantly my mom was coming in from out of town. When I called and asked how soon he could come he said I am in the area on another job, I could be there within the hour. I was so happy. When he showed up he was extremely professional and had a great personality. He did a far better job than the other companies that I had used in the past.
