worst place ever to buy a car i called a lawyer to start a class action lawsuit i need more people with bad experiences they use the as is clause to lose liability but what they dont know is if the car has problem when you leave the lot and they temporary fix and and that same problem comes back they can be held liable even if it was sold as as is condition dont worry us car co your time is coming soon all you had to do was sell good checked car's or be honest but you didnt thats illegal business so guess what your gonna get... read more
The receptionist Patricia, I believe that was her name, was very rude and not helpful. She had no knowledge or personality. She may be most helpful cooking food at a fast food restaurant. She was not helpful when I asked questions about obtaining a vehicle, and so I took my business elsewhere. Word of advice- if you want to have a business that sells, you should hire people that actually want to work for you.
i went in to purchase a vechile on 01-17-09 & had the worst experience ever. the lincoln ls that i purchased was a piece of junk. after lots of complaining they agreed to exchange it with a madza tribute 2005. they said it had 37k mikes on it. so i agreed & did all the paperwork on it.. when i arrived at home the mileage was not 37k it was 373k. trebbile deal & to top it off they did not keep their commitment to meet my down payment.. i would never, ever recommend any1 buying a reliable vechile at this dealer
