A spin off US Cafe Express is just a miniature sized version of the US Cafe on S Cobb Drive. The food is almost as good, but with out the dining area, pool table and arcade games, I prefer the original.
packed is right One of the reviewers below said that it is always packed, and they are right. Because of this it is very slow. Great burgers though and a friendly environment. Go early to try and avoid the crowd.
U.S. Cafe Without a doubt , this is the best burger around .This little place is packed at lunch and on weekends . They also make great wings , salads , hot dogs , fries , and more. After one visit , you will be hooked.

Best Burgers In Town - Magnificent Milkshakes – This place has the best milkshakes in Atlanta. I always get a combination of chocolate and vanilla mixed together. The fries are very very good and burgers are the best. You can get real creative with the additional toppings such as chili, bacon, etc. They have a burger for everyone; even the health conscious people; you can get a turkey burger. Great people, excellent food, & delicious milkshakes – I had to really think about something to say for the "Cons". But come on, when you get a 1/2 lb hamburger, do you really want to know how many grams of fat are in it? The food is so good that it's hard not to stop by every day on my way home from work.
