ordered a new shower on 6-13-21, because of covid had to wait until 8-10-21, they put in the shower part ,looks good, now waiting for the sliding doors, should of been put in the next day, called late wed., then thur. 9:05 ,1:30 then 3:45, still waiting for call, can't use shower without doors, whenever i call scheduling they don't call back, woman is never at her desk ,or on the phone supposedly
Absolutely loved their work and attention to details. Would definitely recommend their same day bath services
The sales rep that came out to do the estimates and loan contract left out a key peice of the project, notably the reason we're doing the remodel at all, the subflooring damaged by a leak. We scrounged to get the project at 15k so we can afford the loan payment. Low and behold a contractor comes out and I find out not only is the subflooring repair not on the estimate, the sq ft of flooring is wrong and it's got sink faucets instead of shower heads (vanity was going to be untouched by this project). They arrived 2 hours late to the appointment since previous appointment ran long (forgiveable, but call/text would have been nice). The sales person went through a canned worksheet. Even though he claimed several years experience, he was not knowledgeable about remodeling baths. He was basically a note taker and read a script. 7 We received 3 bids. The two other contractors were $25k and $26k bids. US Bath was 50% higher than the other 2 bids. The US Bath quote took significantly longer than the other 2 bids. Overall, not a ... read more
They were very friendly and helpful whenever I had a question about what they were doing. Put down sheets so my house won't be messy during the remodel. Very trustworthy. Left several times during the remodel and always came home to a clean house with nothing out of place. Asked if they could put the toilet back the first night before they left and they said no problem so I won't have to get a hotel room for the night. That was great.
Changed bath surround, faucets, lights and gave my bathrooms class. The designer and construction team were very respectful & neat. Allowed questions and answered with knowledge and experience.

We had a bathroom in our downstairs that was in dire need of having the shower replaced. We had gone into our local Home Depot and answered a few preliminary questions and they advised us that someone would contact us. We were contacted by Alex and he setup time with us to come out and look at our bathroom. He was very helpful and we really felt he was hearing our needs to come up with the best solution for us. It was great working with everyone from sales, office, and all the guys on the job. Appreciated that they really heard what we wanted to accomplish, they were knowledgeable and professional in every area. We just wanted our 1959 second floor tub and tiled shower, that was leaking into our first floor kitchen, replaced.
