I am tenured real estate Broker and also a customer of Ted's (rental property mortgage). Never a problem or snag for any of my clients that I have referred. This review is directed at US Bank mortgage . My mother-in-law and father-in-law had the mortgage for their house through US Bank. Two years ago my father-in-law passed away in February 2022 and my mother-in-law took over making the payments. In November of 2023 my mother-in-law could no longer live on her own and finally sold the house (taking a loss) and moved in with my wife and I so we could help take care of her.
