I've been with this bank for over 15 years and it's a great bank. The people are nice and respectful and they will answer any questions you have! My only problem is that I can not pay any bills online cause it automatically shuts my card down and blocks any transactions from going through. I guess it could be a good thing for fraudulent charges but I have talked to customer service and they said that there's nothing they can do to stop my card from doing that.
