If I could give US Bank zero stars, I would I’m a single father trying to open a business for me and my sons. I came into the bank. I deposited a large amount of money into my brand new business account. I just received my debit card in the mail and tried to pay for my business insurance with that account and was told it was frozen Because the address on my identification didn’t match the address I gave them I had just moved. I provided them with a piece of mail with my new address and it was never sent to the proper people.... read more
Spent literally 15 minutes in the drive-thru teller being ignored only to he told my transaction could not be done in the drive-thru. Forest ran branch in customer service experience ever with a bank!
