I have been with US Bank for 12 years and have always received great service from them. However last week my card was left in the ATM. I went back to get it and was told by an employee the only person that had access to get it was on break for 15 min. I explained I was nervous about staying in the bank which was busy due to the virus, and asked if I could come back Sat morning to get it. She said that would be fine.
