I went in to get some quarters. There was a sign at the teller's window stating that they were low on quarters. Considering it was about 3 weeks ago and not one bank I normally do business at has been low to the point of refusal the entire pandemic, I found it strange. Do not bank here especially if you are a person of color. I did simple transactions with this location and one other location down the road along with wire transfers and my account was closed per their request. Only after I had been here with my african american boyfriend and when he comes with I seem to get the worst customer service. This is not the first time ive gotten poor customer serivce for being a person of color with this company either. Thankfully I have other accounts with banks who are POC friendly.
