Horrible horrible horrible service! My experience with Freedom Mortgage, particularly with this office, has been my worst experience ever. They like to promise certain closing dates and fluff the numbers before closing. For example, before closing on the sale, they 'oversaw' over $800 in closing cost charges that were not meant to be charged to either the buyer or seller.
