Same as other reviews, what a joke. I have called several numbers, several times, go through all the prompts and I can't get the information I need nor can I get in touch with an actual person, it won't even give me an option to leave a message. It just hangs up on me. Ridiculous
The morgage company is a complete and total joke. I would give negative score if I was able. Nobody knows what is going on, or explains anything. They break HIPPA regulations. If they tell you your loan will close on a certain date be ready to wait three weeks plus to get anywhere. From March 12th to April 29th is the amount of time we were working with.
