My parents had an absolutely horrendous experience going through US Bank for their mortgage loan and another gentleman from this bank was supposed to make it up to them but helping my husband and I with our loan. We should have known to stay away from this bank after hearing my parents horror stories but naively decided to trust a bank we have not once heard positive thing about.
