Initially during the application process everything was smooth and whenever I was asked about if there are any concerns, Cynthia kept saying no action item on my end and everything was going great until the night before the closing. Called her on the morning of closing and she said everything should be on time, so here i go to the closing agents office and closing agent says she did not receive the final statement from bank yet.
