it was tremendous time for me that an agent was quite serious and tried to remove my troubles. she consumed her time more than 30min for me. thanks to her, my all issue has completely gone. And a guy I met first also asked to me for my trouble and found her, put me through to her.
I was offered a bonus % to add funds to a CD on maturity. After accepting and adding funds It renewed at the lower rate. Nothing but excuses from customer service. Shame on you US Bank!
