Always friendly, ALWAYS helpful! GREAT place to do your banking. I've been a customer here for over 20 years... from when it was Union Bank and I wouldn't do my banking anywhere else!! I have been a member with US bank for a while and use it as my alternative bank, with travel. Within a few weeks, I have had major problems with US Bank and a personal account being hacked. A customer service rep by phone changed my personal identification that allowed my account to be hacked by a fraudulent individual. With the change of personal information, money was being removed from my account via debit card transactions.
