I had a great experience here applying for a credit card. I initially went in to just get quarters for my laundry, but something told me that I should apply for a credit card as well. I asked the teller at the counter, Jaylen, if he could assist me with choosing the right card for me, and he was more than happy to help. I had a very disappointing experience at the US Bank branch located at 5670 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, and would not recommend this location, especially if you are not familiar with banking processes and documentation. I went in to send an international wire transfer to China for my husband’s company while he was overseas. I provided a proforma invoice with all the required information and clearly asked the teller to send the wire under my husband’s company name, not my personal name.
