Great branch, with friendly helpful bankers. The only downside is the parking
I had a very disappointing experience at the US Bank branch located at 5670 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, and would not recommend this location, especially if you are not familiar with banking processes and documentation. I went in to send an international wire transfer to China for my husband’s company while he was overseas. I provided a proforma invoice with all the required information and clearly asked the teller to send the wire under my husband’s company name, not my personal name. Horrible company. Their fraud department makes it almost impossible to dispute and resolve fraudulent charges. *** be advised I have made made several claims through US Bank. US Bank has denied my claims even though the company Ascarrt, after researching, is clearly regarded as fraudulent. US Bank protects fraudsters over clients.
I have had dealings with different branches of this bank. All of them good.
