I noticed hours have changed I did not get a notice so I showed up last Sat and place was closed are the hours of operation going back to normal or this place closing SF Stockton branch.

Walked in without a reservation for opening a checking account. Mani Liao helped me in a very professional and efficient way. All the documents are scanned and submitted properly so I won’t need to come back for a second time. All the necessary info is briefed to me. Best experience with US Bank. Thanks Ms. Mani Liao.

I went into this branch just to make a deposit. This US Bank is in my neighborhood. There were 3 tellers and 3 of us in line. Each teller were with customers doing who knows what which was taking too long. I just wanted to make my deposit. After waiting in line for 15-20 minutes I left. Even the bank manager who was at his desk talking football to his customer Looking to go to another branch out of my neighborhood.

Nice experience. William is very efficient. The manager is very friendly and efficient. The lady is very efficient too. They are all very efficient.
