HORRIBLE TELLER & SERVICE Well, now I can see why the reviewers give this branch 2 Stars - must be because of Pakeeza because you never know how she will behave. If you try to hold her accountable her mistake or poor judgement, she will THEATEN to throw you out of the branch. I suggest opening your account at the Lafayette branch because they are consistently nice!!!
Love the drive thru
I called this location with a question about my credit card account. I have been a customer 10 years and have never missed a payment until recently. I just asked what options I may have to possibly fix it before it was shown on my credit and an autistic man told me I needed to manage my account better. And hung up on me . Terrible customer service. I called another branch and confirmed I absolutely could be helped with that.
