Tough to deal with when it comes to banking transactions. I moved to another bank.
It’s extremely difficult to find this branch location. You have to go through a whole parking garage and walk through a building and it’s very confusing. If you were trying to go in and out of the bank, that’s not going to happen here. The woman on the phone was very helpful and directing me to the branch, but it was a nightmare of finding it so if you were in a rush, do not come here. Nightmare experienced ever!!!! This branch is a joke! I can't believe it the way they treat customer like this! Two weeks ago, i went to this branch to inquire about my check if i can en-cash, but NURA (banker) said i need to deposit first then go back after 2 weeks to prepare the amount. Huge amount!
