It's frustrating to show up at this bank, Since I don't live in that town but work in it and the ATMs are out of service. This happens way too often. I stop by after work on friday to deposit my check and there It is, the atms not working. Now I have to wait until after work on monday to deposit my check and hope that it's working then. On top of that, other banks offer higher interest rates on my money market account. Perhaps it's time to move on.
They never answer the phone.Workers don’t do their job to answer the damn phone
Gift card experience is being locked out of using the card online at walmart ,my account not working, any of the 1 time use passwords I've been given don't work this has been a bad experience I was locked out trying to log in with the temp password they supplied My father enjoys this bank but I do not. I've been sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes unaddressed and without help I'd review this as a accurate 1 star
