I have consistently had a frustrating experience at this bank. Every time I visit, the service is extremely slow, even when there are very few customers waiting. It often feels like no one is motivated to help or work efficiently. Customers’ time should be valued, and basic transactions should not take an unreasonable amount of time. I hope management addresses the customer service issues to improve the experience for everyone.
